The app is powered by GenieMD’s patient engagement platform, which is built on IBM Watson’s cognitive computing capabilities, according to the GenieMD website.
Harvard Health Info includes “resources to help you quickly locate urgent care centers and retail clinics closest to you or how to connect to a telemedicine visit or nurse triage line,” according to the app’s iTunes listing. Additionally, Harvard Health Info integrates with Apple Healthkit to sync blood pressure, heart rate, glucose level, weight, temperature and height data from users.
