Assisted Living utilizes an outside vendor for payroll services, and on February 14 that outside company notified Assisted Living there had been unauthorized third-party access to employee payroll information.

An investigation revealed the unauthorized third-party had access to Assisted Living payroll records from Dec. 14, 2013 to Jan. 14 of this year.

It is still unclear how many employees are affected by this data breach, and Assisted Living is continuing its investigation.

In response to the data breach, Assisted Living is offering one year of free credit monitoring to all affected employees.
