Evolent Health and Health Fidelity, a company that develops technologies geared toward value-based care, have formed a new partnership focused on risk adjustment optimization.
Evolent will utilize Health Fidelity's risk adjustment solution to streamline risk adjustment as part of its suite of financial and administrative solutions for provider-sponsored health plans.
Evolent will provide data aimed at better decision-making through Health Fidelity's solution.
