Epic is ranked No. 16 on Glassdoor’s list, which highlights the company’s four-week sabbatical perk, which employees are eligible for every five years of employment.
Additionally, if an employee chooses to spend his or her sabbatical in a country he or she has never been to before, Epic will help pay for the both the employee and a guest.
Epic employees have taken more than 3,000 trips to more than 100 countries, the company reports.
Other prominent companies on Glassdoor’s list include Netflix (No. 1), Spotify (No. 4), Airbnb (No. 6), Twitter (No. 11), Facebook (No. 14) and Google (No. 20).
