Epic is ranked No. 16 on Glassdoor’s list, which highlights the company’s four-week sabbatical perk, which employees are eligible for every five years of employment.
Additionally, if an employee chooses to spend his or her sabbatical in a country he or she has never been to before, Epic will help pay for the both the employee and a guest.
Epic employees have taken more than 3,000 trips to more than 100 countries, the company reports.
