The wireless monitoring product, PowerPath Temp, uses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to monitor a refrigerator’s power consumption and temperature, to ensure pharmaceuticals and test samples are appropriately stored. The AI software uses this power and temperature data to learn the refrigerator’s patterns to identify any abnormalities.
When the system detects an unexpected temperature or power change, it alerts the appropriate staff via text or email. Emanate Wireless’ ultimate goal is to deploy predictive alarms, so that any issues can be fixed prior to pharmaceutical spoilage or other emergency responses.
