When it comes to weaknesses, the report noted there is lower adoption of modules that aren’t core documentation or revenue cycle tools.Customers said they would like to see improved reporting and product optimization and would like additional guidance when it comes to implementing or training on the system.
Meditech also scored a C- in interoperability.
