Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic began the second phase of its $1.5 billion transition to the Epic EHR, rolling the system out Nov. 4 at Mayo Clinic Health System sites in Minnesota. 

Marshall Medical Center in Placerville, Calif., implemented the Epic EMR system Nov. 1. The implementation replaces the separate systems the medical center previously used to house inpatient and outpatient records.

Paso del Norte Health Information Exchange selected Berkeley, Calif.-based health tech company Innovaccer to integrate patient information across six practice sites, the company announced Nov. 7.
