Fairbury, Neb.-based Jefferson Community Health & Life plans to implement a new Cerner EHR on Aug. 17, according to a report from the Beatrice Daily Sun.

The pandemic has delayed EHR go-lives and upgrades at hospitals and health systems this year, but some have still pulled off Cerner implementations.

Even in the midst of an unprecedented pandemic, 10 hospitals and health systems across the country have gone live with a new Epic EHR system during 2020.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs plans to resume its $16 billion Cerner EHR go-live in October after delays earlier this year, according to an Aug. 6 Politico report.
