Below are four health systems that have switch to or announced plans to switch from an Oracle Cerner EHR system to an Epic EHR system:

Meditech has expanded its Greenfield workspace to include two new collaborative environments that help third-party developers and customers test innovations within their EHRs.  

Epic has made changes to its sepsis prediction model in a bid to improve its accuracy and make its alerts more meaningful to clinicians.

Winnsboro, La.-based Franklin Medical Center will receive $41,640 to upgrade its Oracle Cerner EHR system, The Franklin Sun reported Oct. 5.
