Lawton, Okla.-based Comanche County Memorial Hospital is transitioning from seven different medical record systems to a single Meditech EHR system, KSWO reported June 5.
Meditech began working with the hospital in early June to facilitate a smooth transition.
Comanche County Memorial Hospital plans to go live with the new system in August 2026.
