LRHC will deploy the Cerner Millennium EHR through the vendor’s CommunityWorks system, which uses a cloud-based delivery model that is designed to provide full EHR access for smaller health systems and critical access and specialty hospitals.

The hospital signed a 10-year agreement with Cerner to deploy the vendor’s EHR software. Cerner will also provide IT and implementation support.

“This investment in our hospital’s EHR will standardize documentation across all platforms at LRHC, and further exemplifies the commitment we have to our patients and our community,” said Leslie Marsh, CEO at LRHC, according to the news release.

LRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital that offers inpatient, outpatient, surgical and emergency and obstetric services.
