Three notes:
1. BirdEye’s platform is designed to help providers generate more online reviews from patients, monitor patient feedback and improve patient experience.
2. BirdEye offers products including review monitoring, review generation, review marketing, customer referrals, customer surveys and customer support ticketing, among others.
3. By joining Athenahealth’s online marketplace, BirdEye’s platform will be available to the EHR vendor’s network of 160,000 providers.
