Salesforce launches new personalized care software for providers

Software giant Salesforce is moving further into healthcare as it launched Customer 360 for Health capabilities designed to automate digital healthcare processes, according to an April 13 news release from the company.

Five digital tools in Customer 360 for Health:

  1. Salesforce’s Home Health is designed to help clinicians automate home health processes, including scheduling and routing.
  2. The company’s data cloud for healthcare offering aims to unify patient data from multiple sources into a single location.
  3. Salesforce’s patient contact center uses artificial intelligence to provide call center agents with resources relating to commonly asked patient questions.
  4. MuleSoft Direct for Health Cloud is a digital healthcare offering from the company that aims to help clinicians access EHR data.
  5. The company released Tableau Accelerators for Health Cloud, an analytics dashboard.
