J&J to retain 9.5% stake in consumer health spinoff

Johnson & Johnson completed a share exchange offer to keep a stake of 9.5 percent of its newly separated consumer health unit, Kenvue, according to an Aug. 21 report from The Philadelphia Business Journal.

Kenvue shares were up about 1 percent after Johnson & Johnson made the announcement.
