GPT-4, mental health app: 4 healthcare startups in Amazon accelerator

Four healthcare startups were selected for Amazon’s new accelerator program for Latino-founded businesses.

The startups receive $225,000 in cash and Amazon Web Services credits, eight weeks of training and an opportunity to pitch their ideas to investors, according to a May 9 news release.

The participating healthcare companies are:

1. Cogniflow: an artificial intelligence platform that allows users to integrate GPT-4 into such tasks as medical imaging analysis.

2. Ease: a fintech platform for private practices.

3. Panda Salud: a platform that connects small healthcare businesses with diagnostic tests, online pharmacies and medical equipment vendors.

4. Stigma: a mental health app that allows peers to connect via text, audio and video.
