The plan is set to launch in January 2020. The expansion into Medicare Advantage comes after Mary Washington successfully completed five years in the Medicare Shared Savings Program and the Next Generation ACO model.
Under the partnership, Lumeris will take over administration of the plan.
Mary Washington operates two hospitals and has more than 500 physicians in its clinically integrated network.
