The partnership will focus on monitoring patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and hypertension. The hospital evaluated more than 20 remote monitoring vendors before selecting AMC, according to a May 16 AMC Health news release.
The AMC platform allows patients to monitor vital signs, view health plans and virtually connect with clinicians.
