Through Higi Care Everyday, MSU Health Care is offering patients remote monitoring for conditions including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and heart disease.
Under the program, patients receive a free set of technology devices to use at home while MSU clinicians monitor their health data and reach out regularly if any data indicates possible health issues.
“Health management starts at home, and we must provide smart, digital solutions to empower and connect our patients to their care team,” Roger Jansen, PhD, chief innovation and digital health officer at MSU Health Care, said in a news release shared with Becker’s Hospital Review.
Higi teamed up with Assure Health, a remote monitoring clinical services and technology provider, to launch its Higi Care Everyday program.
