Under the acquisition, Cigna will “integrate Brighter’s digital health plan platform capabilities as it continuously develops and releases new end-to-end digital experiences” connecting consumers, provider partners and health service organizations.
Brighter will remain a market-facing firm and retain its current digital health solution customers.
Cigna and Brighter did not disclose the cost of the transaction.
