Change Healthcare combined its revenue cycle management services with Luma Health’s patient-focused platform to create the new Patient Engagement suite of offerings. It provides a variety of services for patients including the ability to book appointments and complete forms at their convenience. The revenue cycle management aspect of the suite also helps streamline authorization and eligibility verification.
