Mr. Wadleigh has served as CEO of the agency for three years, prior to which he was Access Health CT’s CIO. A statement by Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman, chair of the agency’s governing board, did not reveal the reason for Mr. Wadleigh’s departure or what his next steps might be, according to the report.
During his tenure, Mr. Wadleigh developed outreach initiatives, causing enrollment in the state to increase, Ms. Wyman’s statement reads.
“This was a difficult decision, but I know the Access Health CT team will continue to provide the value to the many individuals and families that need our services,” said Mr. Wadleigh in Ms. Wyman’s statement, the Hartford Courant reports.
Access Health CT was established in 2011 to meet federal ACA requirements.
