Healthcare can take a lesson from companies like Amazon, whose value proposition was and is convenience. Amazon gives its consumers a seamless and intuitive experience.
The CommonWell alliance is an important step in developing and delivering an optimized digital healthcare experience to patients because the major systems are finally talking to each other rather than creating products in isolation, according to Mr. Jenkins.
