CMS has reorganized its Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Program website to put all information on requirements and resources from previous years in one place.
The website, found here, includes all information from 2011 to 2014, as well as frequently asked questions and additional guidance. CMS anticipates additional site updates and new program information for 2015 coming soon.
