CMS to Cut 2% From Medicare EHR Incentive Payments Due to Sequester

CMS announced that Medicare incentive payments for meaningful use of electronic health records will suffer a 2 percent cut beginning April 1, under a federal budget sequester of $85 billion through Oct. 1, according to a Medscape Today report.
