Healthcare technology and revenue cycle management company CareCloud has promoted Bonnie Boyer to CFO, effective Oct. 1.
Ms. Boyer currently serves as CareCloud’s assistant CFO, according to a Sept. 29 news release from the company. She succeeds Norman Roth, who served as interim CFO for more than two years. Mr. Roth, a 12-year CareCloud veteran, will remain with the company as adviser to the CEO.
Ms. Boyer joined CareCloud in July from Guident Corp., an AI-powered autonomous technology company, where she served as CFO and led public-company and initial public offering readiness initiatives, according to the release. She has more than 15 years of finance leadership experience across public companies, software as a service, capital markets, and M&A.
As CFO, Ms. Boyer will lead CareCloud’s global finance organization and work with the executive team on growth strategy, capital allocation, strategic opportunities and investor relations, according to the release.
“Bonnie brings deep public-company, technology and capital markets experience and is the right CFO to help us capitalize on the opportunities ahead,” CEO Stephen Snyder said.
More than 40,000 providers use CareCloud’s revenue cycle management, practice management, EHR, patient experience and digital health services.
