Solve.Care announced the Diabetes Care Administration Network on June 6. The blockchain-based network aims to improve care access to patients with diabetes. The Diabetes Care Administration Network will also raise awareness about the link between heart disease and diabetes.
Additionally, the network, which will be run on Solve.Care’s proprietary blockchain platform Care.Wallets, will optimize care coordination for diabetic patients and their families by allowing users more access to manage their care.
When the network releases, which is expected before the end of the year, more than 25,000 patients will have access to it through Phoenix-based ACO. ACN will provide care management and support care coordination.
The goal is to expand the network nationwide and globally.
