Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health is expanding its collaboration with Atalan through a new partnership aimed at developing technology that connects clinician retention with patient experience.

Here are three things to know about the partnership:

  1. Accrete Health Partners — the health system’s venture arm — is investing in the development of Atalan PX, a platform module that integrates patient experience and workforce data.

  2. The tool is designed to help frontline leaders identify operational challenges and guide actions that support team engagement and the care experience, according to a Dec. 10 news release.

  3. The expanded partnership builds on a pilot of Atalan’s Clinical Retention Intelligence platform in one of the health system’s regional markets. After six months, Bon Secours Mercy Health reported early positive results and began rolling out the platform to additional clinical teams.

At the Becker's 11th Annual IT + Revenue Cycle Conference: The Future of AI & Digital Health, taking place September 14–17 in Chicago, healthcare executives and digital leaders from across the country will come together to explore how AI, interoperability, cybersecurity, and revenue cycle innovation are transforming care delivery, strengthening financial performance, and driving the next era of digital health.
