Eli Lilly has launched Employer Connect, a platform that offers employers a direct route to offer Zepbound coverage to workers at a list price of $449 per month, bypassing traditional pharmacy benefits.
The platform pairs employers with more than 15 independent program administrators, including Calibrate Health, Teladoc Health, GoodRx, and Mark Cuban’s Cost Plus Drugs, to structure obesity benefits outside traditional plan designs. Dispensing will run through a dedicated pharmacy network including HealthDyne and Humana’s CenterWell, according to a March 5 news release.
The $449 price point applies to all doses of the Zepbound KwikPen and reflects what Lilly charges network pharmacies. What employers and employees ultimately pay will depend on dispensing fees and program administrator costs negotiated separately.
