Wilsquare Capital acquires DCM services

St. Louis-based private equity firm Wilsquare Capital acquired Minneapolis-based DCM Services, a healthcare industry data and contact management solutions provider.

The deal closed Jan. 25. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
