“The outlook revision reflects our assessment of SHC’s incrementally weaker financial profile, that while strong overall, is not consistent with a higher rating,” said S&P analyst Martin Arrick.
“The stable outlook reflects our view of SHC’s enterprise strengths and our expectation that finances will be maintained at least at the current level, given management’s efforts to rectify the slightly softer performance in the current year,” Mr. Arrick added.
