S&P also affirmed the “AAA/A-1” rating on AAHS’ series 2009B bonds based on the application of its joint criteria.
The rating revision is based on several factors, including AAHS’ excellent market share presence and strong financial profile.
The outlook for all ratings is stable, reflecting S&P’s belief that AAHS will successfully manage its global revenue budget agreement while maintaining its business position.
