“The rating action reflects our view of Rogers’ completion of sizable capital plans and operational measures that have returned to historical levels,” said S&P analyst Brian Williamson.

The outlook is stable, reflecting S&P Global Rating’s anticipation RMH “will continue to invest in outpatient remote locations and the local operations while maintaining credit metrics that support the current rating,” said Mr. Williamson.
