S&P Global Ratings lowered its rating for Milford (Mass.) Regional Medical Center from "BBB-" to "BB+."
The downgrade reflects Milford's decline in unrestricted reserves in fiscal year 2018 and Milford's history of somewhat volatile operating performance.
The rating outlook is stable.
