VisiQuate has acquired Finvi’s Artiva HCx business, adding a revenue cycle workflow platform, the team that runs it and its clients to the company’s analytics and automation offerings.
Artiva HCx routes and manages insurance follow-up, denial management and collections work, according to a Nov. 4 news release. VisiQuate’s analytics and AI tools rank revenue opportunities by value and root cause, track payer policy changes and flag revenue at risk. VisiQuate said that the combined platform aims to prevent avoidable denials, recover revenue faster and reduce manual work for revenue cycle teams.
Artiva HCx clients will gain access to VisiQuate’s reporting, intelligence and automation tools on top of the workflows they already run, according to the release. VisiQuate clients will get added workflow expertise behind the analytics, AI and automation products they use now. Clients of both companies will keep support for their current products and contracts.
VisiQuate plans to invest in both product suites and their integration, beginning with agentic AI and automation that shift repetitive tasks away from revenue cycle staff, Andrea Paz, chief product officer of VisiQuate, said in the release.
