Rennova paid CHS $635K for Tennessee hospital

Palm Beach, Fla.-based Rennova Health recently disclosed how much it paid to acquire a Tennessee hospital from Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.

Three things to know:

1. On June 1, Rennova acquired an 85-bed hospital in Jamestown, Tenn., from CHS.

2. Rennova paid CHS $635,096 in cash, which included $35,735 in closing costs, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

3. After factoring in additional costs associated with the deal, the total cost of the acquisition to Rennova was approximately $1.1 million.
