Through the transaction, Aspirion will add denials to its platform.
Company officials said Aspirion’s solution suite will include complex denial, motor vehicle accident, worker’s compensation and out-of-state Medicaid collections, among other offerings.
Tracy and Patrick Lutz, co-founders of Specialized Healthcare Partners, will join Aspirion’s leadership team.
