Paul Generale. Senior Vice President and Senior Financial Officer of Christus Health (Irving, Texas)
Mr. Generale has been with Christus Health for 15 years. In his current role, he oversees the system’s regional CFOs and the finance, supply chain, reimbursement, risk financing and other functions of Christus Health, which has nearly $5 billion in assets. He oversaw the consolidation of the system’s accounts payable and supply chain from more than 60 facilities into one site in less than two years, which resulted in major savings for the nonprofit system. Outside of Christus Health, Mr. Generale has served on the board of trustees for Houston Methodist St. John Hospital in Nassau Bay, Texas, among other board appointments.
