RIP Medical Debt is a military-specific organization that analyzes medical debt portfolios to determine those most in need of relief, then negotiates with collection agencies to purchase the debt for a reduced amount. The organization then takes on the debt itself, alleviating the debtor of his or her financial obligations.

4Patriots aims to help relieve military personnel of nearly $100,000 in medical debt.
