Moody’s upgrades Community Hospitals of Central California rating to ‘A3’

Moody’s Investors Service has upgraded its rating for Community Hospitals of Central California from “Baa1” to “A3,” affecting $507 million of rated debt.

The upgrade reflects Moody’s expectation that the system’s stronger balance sheet and debt measures will be maintained despite investment in a number of large capital projects.

The rating outlook has been revised from positive to stable.
