The rating reflects several of Atrium’s core strengths, including its large size and history of stable operating performance and cash flow. Though the organization will face some margin pressures as it integrates a large acquisition, Moody’s expects it will integrate the acquisition without significant financial disruption.

The rating outlook is stable.
