The rating assignment is based on a number of factors, including Legacy’s continued strong operating performance, maintenance of solid liquidity measures and gradual but steady market share growth.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that Legacy’s operating performance measures will remain strong and that it can accomplish its capital plans without further dilution of its balance sheet.
