Moody’s affirms Temple University Health System’s ‘Ba1’ rating

Moody’s Investors Service affirmed Philadelphia-based Temple University Health System’s “Ba1” bond rating, affecting $478 million of debt.

The rating reflects Moody’s belief that the hospital’s execution risks will be elevated as management looks for ways to reduce deficits and grow liquidity.

The rating outlook has been revised from stable to negative.
