The rating affirmation is based on a number of factors, including DCH’s improved operating performance in fiscal year 2014 and fiscal year 2015.
Offsetting the hospital’s strengths are its leveraged position and modest balance sheet ratios.
The outlook remains stable, reflecting Moody’s expectation that DCH will continue to generate adequate operating margins and improve its liquidity ratios and debt coverage.
