Moody’s affirms ‘A2’ rating for Bronson Healthcare

Moody’s Investors Service affirmed the “A2” rating for Kalamazoo, Mich.-based Bronson Healthcare Group, affecting $203 million of outstanding rated debt.

The affirmation reflects Bronson’s leading market position and conservative debt structure. Though the system has generated weak levels of operating performance over the last two years, performance improvement initiatives are expected to help margins.

The outlook has been revised from stable to negative.
