The software, called Charge Capture INFUSION, aims to help users eliminate paper-based processes and increase coding accuracy, among other services, according to a news release. Hospitals will be able to fully integrate the software with the major EHR systems, including Epic, Cerner, Meditech and Allscripts.
“Charge Capture INFUSION is a major improvement for hospitals,” Gene Schneider, CEO of MedAptus, said in the release. “Not only does it help find new sources of revenue, but it’s especially valuable for nurses since it frees them up to spend more time with patients.”
