APEX Business Intelligence enables providers to track operational performance across their practice management system. The solution offers providers both a macro view of practice performance as well as the ability to focus in on details such as charges by post-date, payments by post-date and average payment per procedure among other useful metrics.
Using visual dashboards, providers can compare data sets for any type of quantifiable metrics across their organization and between various time periods, locations and physicians. The software has been particularly popular in denial management processes.
“Through Apex BI’s tracking of payment denials, both by insurance carrier and denial messages, we have been able to quickly react when a denial pattern first emerges, allowing us to take immediate action on claims management,” said Scott Roehrig, vice president of customer experience at MBX.
The financial management tool is available to MBX clients.
