Knowtion Health is making a series of executive leadership appointments after completing its acquisition of revenue cycle management company Switch RCM.
Knowtion closed its acquisition of the RCM company on July 22 and plans to launch an innovation lab, according to a news release from the company. Knowtion CEO Jayson Yardley said the acquisition “brings four new service solutions, powerful technology, and exceptional leadership that will significantly strengthen our ability to serve clients and deliver greater impact.”
With the closure of the deal, Knowtion made the following appointments to support its continued growth and strategic direction:
- Erica Tingley was named president and will also continue to serve as CFO.
- Jon Scala, former CEO of Switch, will serve as Knowtion’s chief strategy officer.
- Ryan Feldt, Switch’s former COO, will serve as chief customer officer at Knowtion.
- Adam Cartabiano, Switch’s former commercial advisor, will serve as Knowtion’s chief growth officer.
- Switch co-founders Nate Pluke and Melissa Pluke will partner with Ryan Clark to launch the innovation laboratory.
