Four things to know:
1. Nevada is a new addition to Kaiser’s regional revenue breakdown. The market reflects the Feb. 1 joint venture between Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Reno, Nev.-based Renown Health, which established Kaiser’s first presence in northern Nevada. The health plans formerly operated by Renown were renamed Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Nevada and Kaiser Insurance Company of Nevada.
2. Among Kaiser’s established markets, Georgia saw the largest year-over-year revenue increase, growing 30.7%.
3. Risant Health, a nonprofit created by Kaiser to expand value-based care by partnering with community health systems, operates in Pennsylvania and North Carolina through affiliates Geisinger (Danville, Pa.) and Cone Health (Greensboro, N.C.). About 72% of Risant’s operating revenue was attributable to Pennsylvania, with the remainder from North Carolina.
4. Systemwide, total operating revenues grew about 9.8% year over year, driven by growth across members’ dues, Medicare Advantage and patient service revenue. Kaiser’s total membership reached 12.9 million as of June 30, 2026, up from 12.5 million at the end of 2025, with about 75% of members enrolled in California.
