Judge approves sale of Crittenden Regional Hospital’s assets

After filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in September, the Crittenden Hospital Association has received approval from U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Audrey Evans to hire an auctioneer to sell some of its $27.75 million in assets, according to an Arkansas Business report.

Crittenden Regional Hospital’s bankruptcy trustee will be able to hire Brad H. Wooley to hold the auction given the judge’s order. A date for the auction has not been set.

Assets that will be auctioned include two clinics, a women’s center and a dental office building, according to the report.
