“I feel like everybody loses in this,” Mr. Dewar told the outlet. “Patients lose; a significant number of patients. Hospitals lose. I don’t think it’s going to help our taxes. It’s not going to lead to less cost for individual taxpayers. It’s just not good policy. I just don’t see any winners in this.”
